Lionel Messi has been passed fit for Barcelona's Champions League fixture with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.
Having suffered a calf problem while on international duty with Argentina during the summer, Messi has been forced to sit out his club's opening four matches in La Liga.
While the 32-year-old made a return to full training on Sunday, doubts remained over whether Ernesto Valverde would risk the playmaker against the Bundesliga outfit.
However, Barcelona announced on Monday that Messi was among 22 players who are in contention to feature at the Westfalenstadion.
Taking into account Barcelona's upcoming hectic schedule, Valverde may opt to select the attacker among the replacements.
