Luis Suarez underwent an operation in January after damaging the external meniscus on his right knee. The Uruguay international is out for the foreseeable future, although it is thought that he could be available for selection before the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

Central midfielder Arthur was ruled out of Saturday's clash with Sociedad due to an ankle injury, and the Brazilian remains a huge doubt for the clash with Mallorca.
