Former Netherlands international Johan Cruyff has criticised Barcelona for handing Neymar an extortionate salary.
The Brazilian is reportedly the top earner at the Camp Nou alongside Lionel Messi, and Cruyff believes that it is creating tension at the Spanish champions.
"The problem with #FCB is Neymar," Mundo Deportivo quotes the Dutchman as telling reporters in Kuala Lumpur.
"You can't have a 21-year-old earning more than those who've won everything. No-one is God at 21."
Cruyff managed Barcelona between 1988 and 1996, while he also played for the La Liga side for five years in the 1970s.
