West Ham United reportedly hope to tie down Domingos Quina to a new contract following reports that Barcelona are interested in the young midfielder.
The Catalan giants are said to have already made contact with United over a move for the 18-year-old, who helped Portugal to Under-19s European glory this summer.
Sky Sports News suggests that Barca's interest has only increased after sending scouts to watch Quina up close for a second time in his national side's 4-3 win over Italy in Sunday's final.
According to the same report, however, West Ham will first try to tempt the ex-Chelsea product into agreeing fresh terms at the London Stadium.
Quina, used six times by the Hammers at senior level, is believed to be available for just £600,000, with German sides Hoffenheim and Werder Bremen also keeping tabs on the situation.
