Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Bernd Leno has admitted that he has been impressed by the influence of the club's head coach Sami Hyypia since he joined the club.
Leno said that in particular the way Hyypia explains himself in a "calm" way helps the players to have a clear understanding of what they need to do on the pitch.
"He is doing a great job," UEFA.com quotes Leno as saying. "He's great on a personal level and clear in what he wants to do with the team.
"He is not one to shout and jump around on the sidelines. He conveys his message in a calm manner."
Leverkusen are currently second in the Bundesliga, 13 points behind Bayern Munich.
