Roger Schmidt has urged his Bayer Leverkusen side to embrace the pressure on them ahead of Saturday's meeting with Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.
Leverkusen currently occupy fourth spot, two points behind Borussia Monchengladbach, and Schmidt insists that his squad can build confidence with another impressive showing against Pep Guardiola's side.
"We've given Bayern a real good test twice already this season and now to get three points against them would be a fantastic signal in the battle for third place and ahead of the coming clash with Borussia Monchengladbach," he told reporters.
"Third place is up to us. We just need to put a little run together."
Leverkusen are unbeaten in their last nine league games.
