Bayer Leverkusen have scored two first-half goals to comfortably get past Hannover in the Bundesliga.
The first genuine effort on goal came after 14 minutes as Son Heung-Min just did not get enough power on his striker after being found by Sebastian Boenisch.
However, just nine minutes later the hosts did get the opening goal as Simon Rolfes found space to divert Sidney Sam's free kick into the net.
With just over five minutes of the second half remaining Sam added a goal of his own to put Leverkusen 2-0 up as he kept his cool to slide the ball in following Son's pass.
The second half remained all Bayer, with Emre Can coming close with a first-time volley from an angle in the box but putting it just wide.
There were no further goals despite Bayer's dominance and they took a comfortable three points.
