Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes has said that to play and host the Champions League final is a "fantastic" opportunity.
The German outfit, who are the first club with a chance of winning the European Cup in their home stadium since Roma in 1984, will aim to be the first team since Inter Milan in 1965 to succeed.
"We have the chance to win the Champions League in our own stadium," he told reporters.
"Clubs with rich traditions have to wait a long time to win this competition and we might not get this chance again.
"To play the final in your stadium is a fantastic opportunity."
Bayern take on Chelsea in the Champions League final tonight.
