The Dutch winger has picked up a muscular injury that has prevented him from training in recent days.
It also kept the former Chelsea player out of his side's recent 3-0 victory over Wolfsburg.
Reports in Germany have claimed that the 28-year-old may require a scan to determine the extent of the damage.
Robben joined Bayern in 2009 from Real Madrid.
