Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has admitted that his side should have scored another goal to be in a better position against Juventus in the Champions League.
The German club defeated the Italian champions 2-0 at the Allianz Arena in the first leg of their quarter-final tie on Tuesday.
"My gut tells me that we needed another goal," he told UEFA.com. "We had a few good chances to get a third, but let's not forget we kept a clean sheet and the defence did very well.
"It's great fun playing against top sides in the Champions League. It's a challenge and really inspiring for us. Turin isn't an easy place to play, though, and Juve will be a different proposition in front of their own fans.
"We're in a good position to progress but we haven't achieved anything yet. The key for us will be scoring an away goal."
David Alaba and Thomas Muller were the scorers for Bayern in Munich.
