Group F's leading two sides are paired together on Tuesday as Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich travel to face Valencia at the Mestalla.
The Spanish outfit currently sit top of the group on goal difference, but a win for either of these two sides would all but secure their passage into the knockout stages of the competition.
Valencia enter the match having not suffered defeat in November and they currently occupy eighth spot in the La Liga table.
Bayern, meanwhile, sit top of their domestic league having won 10 of their opening 12 fixtures and recorded a 2-1 win over Valencia when the pair met in matchday one in Germany.
The home side are expected continue with the same team that beat BATE Borisov last time out, although Fernando Gago is unlikely to start.
Meanwhile, Bayern should recall Franck Ribery and Thomas Muller from the weekend's action, but Arjen Robben is still unavailable.
