Paris Saint-Germain boss Thomas Tuchel has been reportedly lined up as Bayern Munich's next manager.
The Bavarian club remain on the search for a new permanent boss following the decision last month to part ways with Niko Kovac.
Assistant coach Hansi Flick has taken charge on an interim basis and is expected to continue as manager until at least the winter break later this month.
According to Bild, however, Tuchel has been identified as an ideal option for the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern have been linked with a number of managerial candidates, including Mauricio Pochettino and Arsene Wenger.
Tuchel, now in his second season at PSG, is contracted at the Ligue 1 side until 2021 but is likely to be removed from his position if the club once again fails in the Champions League this term.
