Thomas Muller has revealed that he has passed on his penalty-taking duties at Bayern Munich.
The German international has missed five spot kicks for Bayern since August 2015, the latest of which came in Wednesday's DFB-Pokal clash against Augsburg, which the German champions won 3-1.
Muller, who also missed a penalty at Euro 2016, has branded the failures "very annoying" and revealed that he would rather focus on his own game, leaving spot-kick duty to his teammates.
"[The misses] are very annoying and they bother me," Bild quotes Muller as saying. "I will focus on the football matches in the future instead and my colleagues can take the penalties."
Muller has only scored three times in 13 appearances for Bayern this season and is yet to find the back of the net in seven Bundesliga appearances.
