Bayern Munich have reportedly parted company with boss Carlo Ancelotti, just hours after the club suffered a 3-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Ancelotti has won 42 of his 60 games in charge of Bayern since arriving at the Allianz Arena in July 2016 but by their own high standards, the German giants have made a poor start to the season.
While suffering a heavy setback in Paris, Bayern have also dropped five points from their opening half-a-dozen fixtures in the league, leaving the club in third position.
According to ESPN, that has resulted in Bayern's hierarchy opting to make a change in the dugout after less than two months into the new campaign.
Bayern are yet to make an official comment on the speculation, but it appears that the search will already be underway for Ancelotti's replacement.
