Peter Crouch retains his place for Stoke City's trip to Birmingham City in the League Cup this evening as manager Mark Hughes makes five changes to his side.
The England striker scored in Saturday's 3-2 defeat to Manchester United, and Hughes has stuck with the former Liverpool man for the clash against the Championship side.
Birmingham have their own tall frontman in the starting lineup, as Nikola Zigic starts in the same role for Lee Clark's side with Wade Elliot, Shane Ferguson and Lee Novak operating behind the Serbian.
The draw for the fifth round of the competition will be made tomorrow evening.
