Blackburn Rovers and Brentford are level at the break in their Championship clash with the score at 1-1 at Ewood Park.
Both sides struggled in the early stages of the match as they were unable to produce any quality in the final third of the pitch.
The Bees found life and took the lead in the 24th minute when Jon Swift produced an incisive through-ball to release the run of Lasse Vibe, and the forward's shot struck Jason Steele and crept over the line.
Rovers equalised before the break when Craig Conway took a quick throw in to find Tom Lawrence and his strike from the right beat the outstretched hand of David Button to find the bottom corner.
Lawrence almost doubled his side's advantage, but Button made a fine save to tip his powerful strike onto the post after the winger had linked up well with Ben Marshall in the final third.
