Blackburn Rovers have taken 1-0 lead over Norwich City into the break of their Championship match this evening.
Norwich almost fell behind early on when John Ruddy allowed a backpass from Lewis Grabban to go through his legs, but the keeper managed to recover in time.
Jordan Rhodes then fired a volley wide from the edge of the box, before Rudy Gestede headed over from Tom Cairney's cross.
Blackburn continued to dominate and they took the lead in the 22nd minute when Alex Baptiste headed in from Cairney's free kick.
Grabban had a chance to score a second for Rovers moments later, but after being found by Marcus Olsson inside the box he missed his kick.
Norwich grew into the game as the half progressed, but they were unable to find an equaliser as Blackburn took their narrow lead into the break.
