Blackburn Rovers boss Gary Bowyer has admitted that he was "fuming" with his side's defensive display as they drew 3-3 with Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Recalled striker Rudy Gestede struck a hat-trick for Rovers at Ewood Park, but saw his goals cancelled out by Henri Lansbury and a Michail Antonio brace.
Bowyer told the club's official website: "We scored some fantastic goals but if I was Rudy Gestede I'd be fuming. He's scored a hat-trick and we've not won the game, I'd be fuming if I was him.
"It was a magnificent exhibition from him, it wasn't just his goals and his heading, if you looked at his work rate today, from minute one he chases down his own block and that is what set it up all for him.
"He was better with the ball at his feet as well today, we should be talking about a winning performance but we are not. I am fuming, the players know exactly how I am feeling."
The draw leaves Rovers ninth in the Championship table.
