Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer denies that he has been contacted about the Blackburn Rovers managerial post.
The former Manchester United striker, who is close to securing back-to-back league titles for Molde, has been strongly linked with the Blackburn post following Steve Kean's resignation.
However, he told reporters: "It's the same as always - speculation. We have gone up this path before and it is only speculation.
"It will happen when it happens, that I have to pick up the phone to [Molde owner] Kjell Inge Rokke regarding a job offer, but I have not spoken to Blackburn as yet. I can not say any more about Blackburn now."
Solskjaer, 39, was also linked with the Aston Villa post in the summer.
