Rock-bottom Blackpool came back from a goal down to hold Blackburn Rovers to a 1-1 draw at Ewood Park in the Championship this afternoon.
The visitors went close inside the first five minutes as captain Peter Clarke headed goalwards, but Rovers goalkeeper Jason Steele scrambled across his line to make the stop.
The recalled Jordan Rhodes netted his 12th goal of the campaign when he tapped home after Craig Conway's low ball to give Blackburn the lead after 15 minutes.
Blackpool almost responded thorough Gary Madine, but the on-loan Sheffield Wednesday striker could only blaze high over the bar from inside the area.
Rhodes then volleyed over on the edge of the box, and it was the home side who looked most likely to score the game's second goal before Blackpool grabbed it.
Jamie O'Hara's free kick was flicked on by Clarke, and it was Grant Hall who got the final touch to even things up shortly before the break.
After the break, Rudy Gestede nodded onto the bar before Rhodes wasted Jay Spearing's flighted delivery by missing the target.
Madine went close to a Blackpool winner when he wriggled free of marker Grant Hanley before firing into the side-netting on 69 minutes.
