Norwich City have come from behind to earn a 2-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers in their Championship match at Ewood Park this evening.
Norwich almost fell behind early on when John Ruddy allowed a backpass from Lewis Grabban to go through his legs, but the keeper managed to recover in time.
Jordan Rhodes then fired a volley wide from the edge of the box, before Rudy Gestede headed over from Tom Cairney's cross.
Blackburn continued to dominate and they took the lead in the 22nd minute when Alex Baptiste headed in from Cairney's free kick.
Grabban had a chance to score a second for Rovers moments later, but after being found by Marcus Olsson inside the box he missed his kick.
Norwich began to grow into the match and they levelled the scores in the 65th minute when Wes Hoolahan's cross was fired in by Cameron Jerome.
Within minutes Blackburn almost regained their lead, but Ruddy was alert to prevent Bradley Johnson from turning the ball into his own net.
In the 84th minute Johnson was involved again as he fired a strike from 20 yards into the top corner to give Norwich the three points and keep them firmly in the hunt for a place in the playoffs.
