Blackpool boss Lee Clark has backed loan signing Jacob Murphy to make a quick impact on the Championship strugglers.
The 19-year-old winger joined the Seasiders from Norwich City on Monday on a three-month deal.
Despite Blackpool's troubles in the league this season, Clark is confident that Murphy can boost their attacking prowess.
"Jacob's very versatile and he's got an abundance of pace and great attacking ability," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "We think he can give us that injection of pace, certainly in the wide areas, that we feel we're just a bit lacking at the moment."
Murphy could make his debut for Blackpool on Wednesday night when they face Fulham at Craven Cottage in the Championship.
