Bolivia come into Friday's Copa America clash against Chile without talisman Marcelo Moreno, who is out of the first few games after a positive coronavirus test.
Moreno criticised CONMEBOL's handling of the pandemic after he and several others in the Bolivia camp returned positive tests, hugely weakening their squad.
He has been their key man over the last 10 years, netting 25 goals to move to the top of their all-time scoring charts, and the likes of Gilbert Alvarez will have to step up in his absence.
Jaume Cuellar also featured in the front two in their opening Copa America clash with Paraguay, but he will also be unavailable for Friday's match through suspension after he was sent off on the stroke of half time.
That could see manager Cesar Farias call on the experience of attacker Juan Carlos Arce to lead the line alongside Rodrigo Ramallo, after the pair were both on the bench last time out.
Despite conceding three and being dominated for the majority of the Paraguay clash, the Greens may be forced to stick with the same back three due to a lack of options, with Jairo Quinteros, Adrian Jusino and Jose Sagredo executed to line up in front of goalkeeper Ruben Cordano.
Meanwhile, Farias is expected to stick with the midfield three of Boris Cespedes, Leonel Justiniano and Erwin Saavedra, who put them ahead from the penalty spot against Paraguay.
Bolivia possible starting lineup: Cordano; Quinteros, Jusino, Sagredo; Bejarano, Saavedra, Justiniano, Cespedes, Flores; Arce, Ramallo
