Bologna have called time on Delio Rossi's stint in charge of the club.
The 55-year-old was appointed in May following the Rossoblu's promotion back to Serie A.
However, Rossi has now paid the price for a run of form that has seen 18th-placed Bologna collect just two wins from their opening 10 matches this season.
It has also been confirmed that Under-17 coach Paolo Magnani will oversee training on an interim basis.
Reports in Italy have claimed that former Italy international Roberto Donadoni is the leading contender to replace Rossi.
