Bordeaux club president Jean-Louis Triaud has insisted that the club have "nothing to lose" ahead of their Ligue 1 clash on Sunday.
However Bordeaux, who are one of four teams to have taken a maximum six points so far, are wary of a backlash with PSG being held to two draws to start the campaign.
"Lorient and Ajaccio have not made things easy for us because at some point Paris will be willing to react," Reuters quotes Triaud as saying.
"I cannot imagine that Paris will not be crowned champions at the end of the season.
"We will travel to Paris very relaxed. We have nothing to lose and we will take our chance with the only goal to leave without any regrets."
Bordeaux finished fifth last season after winning their final six league games.
