A double from Cristian Baroni has helped Fenerbahce defeat Borussia Monchengladbach 4-2 away from home in the Europa League Group C.
Juan Arango went close for the hosts in the 17th minute with a left-footed curling shot, but his effort went over the Fenerbahce crossbar.
A minute later Luuk de Jong made no mistake in finding the target, as he headed home Havard Nordtveit's delivery from around 12 yards.
However, Fenerbahce restored parity in the 25th minute when Baroni shot home from outside the Monchengladbach penalty box with his right foot.
Then five minutes from the half-time interval, Raul Meireles latched on to Caner Erkin's pass to fire in from 25 yards to make it 2-1 to Fenerbahce at the break.
The Turkish giants made it 3-1 on 71 minutes when Dirk Kuyt turned home Erkin's pass from close range.
Three minutes later Igor de Camargo replied for the German hosts, only for Baroni to net his second and Fenerbahce's fourth goal of the match in the 87th minute.
