Sports Mole previews Saturday's Championship clash between Bournemouth and unbeaten Charlton Athletic at the Goldsands Stadium.

Charlton Athletic will look to keep their remarkable unbeaten streak alive when they travel to the Goldsands Stadium to take on Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Addicks are still yet to taste a league defeat under the stewardship of Bob Peeters, who has guided his side to 19 points from their opening 11 matches.

Seven of those games have ended in draws, however, leaving Charlton still outside the playoff positions despite being one of just two teams still without a loss in the Championship.

Their last outing saw them share the spoils with Birmingham City at The Valley, although their most recent away game brought a shock 1-0 win over league leaders Norwich City at Carrow Road.

That was their first win on the road all season, however, and while Peeters has made his side resolute and hard to beat, he will be keen to add a killer touch in the final third to turn those draws into victories.

The visitors will be without Simon Church for Saturday's match after the Welshman picked up a shoulder injury on international duty, but otherwise Peeters has no new injury concerns.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, have turned things around a little in recent weeks having gone through a poor spell of form that saw them win just once in seven matches.

Victories over Wigan Athletic and Bolton Wanderers in recent weeks have seen them climb back into the top half of the table, however, and Eddie Howe will now be hoping to find the consistency needed to push for the top six.

That is particularly true at home, where the Cherries have won twice, lost twice and drawn once so far this season.

Howe will be without Yann Kermorgant this weekend, however, with the striker unable to face his former club due to suspension following his red card in the 2-1 win over Bolton Wanderers.

Brett Pitman could be the man to replace Kermorgant up front, partnering in-form Callum Wilson following his brace in the victory over the Trotters.
