Brighton & Hove Albion manager Oscar Garcia has urged his players to not show any fear when they face Derby County in the Championship playoffs.
Ahead of the first leg on Sunday, Garcia believes that the team need to enjoy the occasion, despite conceding that they were underdogs after sneaking into the playoffs on the final day of the season.
"We are the underdogs but in football anything can happen and with the players we have everybody can trust we will fight for our place," the Spaniard told reporters.
"Big players want to play in the big games. If they have fear to play this game they will not be on the pitch.
"It is a game to enjoy, to fight to win the game. If you have fear maybe you need to be another thing than a player."
Derby achieved a league double over Brighton this season.
