Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill has blamed tiredness for his side's failure to beat Tranmere Rovers.
In today's 2-2 draw at Ashton Gate, the Robins, who have now played seven games in a period of three weeks, twice led through goals from Sam Baldock and Derrick Williams, only to be pegged back by Jake Cassidy and Jason Koumas.
"We looked tired," Cotterill told the Bristol Post. "It was something I feared might happen.
"I think everything has caught up with us and we didn't have that spring in our step which we have had recently.
"I think it is important on days like today that you don't get beaten. The one thing we did do was try to win the game. I always want to talk about the positive aspects."
City currently occupy 17th place in League One and are two points above the drop zone.
