Bristol City have earned a narrow 2-1 pre-season friendly win over Cheltenham Town in Monday night's match at Whaddon Road.
The Robins opened the scoring just nine minutes into the game through Jonathan Kodjia, who collected Lee Tomlin's ball over the top and lifted it over the advancing Ivan Lucic and into the net.
In the 63rd minute Lee Johnson's charges doubled their lead as Tomlin weaved into the box before shooting and, despite Lucic getting a hand to it, the 27-year-old was able to rifle home the rebound.
Cheltenham made the Championship side sweat late on, however, when Dan Holman's shot was saved by Richard O'Donnell but headed into the net by Danny Wright on the rebound.
