A Tim Hoogland goal has left Fulham leading 1-0 at half time of their Championship match against Cardiff City this afternoon.
Scott Parker had a chance for the hosts inside the first few minutes, but his powerful shot from outside the box went just wide of the post.
Ross McCormack also looked threatening for Fulham, but he could not open the scoring when his curling effort went wide.
Cardiff had the majority of the possession in the opening 20 minutes, but created few opportunities for an opening goal.
The hosts continued to look sharp going forward, and took the lead midway through the opening 45 minutes when Hoogland flicked in from a Parker cross.
McCormack almost added a second as Fulham seemed to grow in confidence, but his strike was kept out by the post.
