Blackpool manager Paul Ince has praised Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay for his role in the club's promotion to the Premier League.
The Welsh side confirmed their place in top division on Tuesday night and went up as champions after a draw with Burnley yesterday.
"They have spent a fortune [in previous years] trying to get there and for Malky Mackay to go there and do it the way he has, he deserves full credit," Ince told Sky Sports News.
"It's good to have two Welsh teams in the Premier League next season, and when you think at the start of the season they changed their shirts [from Blue to Red] and changed the badge and all these things that were going on, he deserves all the credit that comes his way.
"It's great for Wales and he's done a fantastic job."
Mackay has warned players that he plans to be"ruthless" in his approach to Cardiff's Premier League campaign.
