Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay has admitted that his side did not make the most of their chances in the first leg of their Championship play-off semi-final.
The Bluebirds, who now take a two-goal deficit to West Ham United next week, had chances to score before, between and after Jack Collison's first-half double, but were unable to find the back of the net.
"We had three or four real good chances tonight that went the other side of the post or were cleared off the line," he told Sky Sports News.
"We had a real good one in terms of Peter Whittingham, and Miller's shaved the post.
"In the second half we came back into it again and had two or three great chances. We had one cleared off the line and Hudson was just wide of the post."
Cardiff make the trip to Upton Park for the return leg on Monday night.
