Cardiff City have reportedly claimed that their defeat to Crystal Palace earlier this month should not stand due to spying allegations.
Palace have been accused of obtaining Cardiff's starting lineup ahead of the Welsh outfit's 3-0 defeat on home turf.
According to BBC Sport, a five-page letter that has been sent by Cardiff's lawyers to the Premier League claim that Palace manager Tony Pulis was aware that sporting director Iain Moody tried to get details of the team.
The document is also believed to have accused Palace of disobeying league rules and calls into question the integrity of the game.
