Cardiff City winger Craig Noone has urged his teammates to use the momentum gained from their dramatic 3-3 draw against West Bromwich Albion to help secure three points this weekend.
The Bluebirds are currently in the Premier League relegation zone, despite picking up a point with virtually the last kick of the game at The Hawthorns.
Now, Cardiff face fellow strugglers Crystal Palace at the Cardiff City Stadium in the knowledge that a victory will lift them one step closer to safety.
"These are the must-win games of your career. You don't get many of them which you have to win, but I think this is one of them," Noone is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"It's a massive game and we're targeting three points. The lads are all buzzing about and have real belief after that point against West Brom. We'll take that into Palace on Saturday and hopefully change that into three points."
Palace are five points above their opponents in 16th place.
