Napoli have officially signed Argentina international goalkeeper Mariano Andujar from Catania.
The Elefantini released a statement this evening confirming that they have sold half his contract to Rafael Benitez's side.
However, there is also an agreement for the goalkeeper to remain at the Sicilian club on loan until June 30, 2014, according to Football Italia.
Andujar has been lined up to replace Pepe Reina next season, as the Spaniard is on a straight loan spell from Liverpool and isn't expected to stay beyond June.
He is currently second choice behind Alberto Frison at Catania, despite being a regular for Argentina.
