Should Roma claim all three points against Parma, Juventus will be under pressure to extend their lead at the top of the Serie A table as they face Cesena in the later kickoff on Sunday.
Massimiliano Allegri's side have a seven-point lead over Roma and it would be a shock if Juve didn't claim maximum points against Cesena as they sit second from bottom in the standings on just 15 points from 22 games.
The league leaders have suffered just one defeat - a 1-0 loss to Genoa back in October - in the top flight all season so far, and just five draws in a campaign otherwise full of victories.
Juve have found the back of the net 47 times at this stage and have kept 13 clean sheets, which is in stark contrast to Cesena, who have had 43 goals shipped past them and just one clean sheet to their name.
History is against this weekend's home side too as Juventus have not been beaten by Cesena in Serie A since 1987, their latest triumph coming in the first half of the season in the form of a 3-0 scoreline.
Cesena started off their season back in the top flight in positive fashion with a 1-0 win over Parma, but it took them five months to gain another triumph.
Domenico di Carlo was appointed as the club's new manager on December 8 last year and under his leadership the team have grabbed two wins and three defeats in the league.
With regards to this weekend's lineups, Paul Pogba has been impressive yet again for Juventus having scored eight goals so far, and despite continuing to attract interest from elsewhere, the former Manchester United midfielder is likely to start at the weekend.
Arturo Vidal is also expected to be given the nod, while Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Morata could form an attacking partnership up front.
Milan Djuric and Gregoire Defrel are likely to start the game for the home side.
