Charlton Athletic have rounded off their pre-season tour of Spain with a 2-0 victory against Portuguese Segunda Liga side Atletico Clube de Portugal.
The Addicks, who finished in 18th place in the Championship last season, were ahead with 25 minutes on the clock when skipper Johnnie Jackson headed home Lawrie Wilson's cross just moments after Michael Morrison's own headed attempt came back off the post.
Despite dominating large spells of the first half, Charlton were unable to add to their lead with Johann Berg Gudmundsson coming closest to finding a second.
Callum Harriott's smashed effort came back off the crossbar shortly after the restart, but summer recruit George Tucudean made sure of the victory one minute from time when he controlled a ball over the top before rounding the keeper to secure the friendly win.
