Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash with Rennes.

Chelsea will be looking to make it back-to-back victories in the Champions League when they welcome French side Rennes to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

The Blues have picked up four points from their two Group E fixtures thus far, drawing with Sevilla on October 20 before recording a 4-0 victory over Krasnodar last week.

Frank Lampard's side will also enter the match off the back of an impressive 3-0 victory over Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Rennes, who have picked up one point from their two European matches this term.

Christian Pulisic

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: Unknown

Christian Pulisic, who has scored once in five appearances this season, tweaked a hamstring during the warm-up ahead of the Burnley clash on Saturday, and the United States international is now set for a spell on the sidelines.

Billy Gilmour

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: November 21 (vs. Newcastle United)

Billy Gilmour is making excellent progress after undergoing surgery on a knee injury, and there is a chance that the young midfielder could be available for the clash with Newcastle United after the international break.

Kepa Arrizabalaga

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Shoulder
Possible return date: November 4 (vs. Rennes)

Kepa Arrizabalaga has not been involved in Chelsea's last three matches due to a shoulder problem, but there is a chance that the Spain international could be back on the bench against Rennes.
