Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has hailed striker Fernando Torres for his performance against Nordsjaelland in Copenhagen on Tuesday.
The Spaniard was the architect of Juan Mata's opener and also had a goal disallowed in the Blues' 4-0 away win in the Champions League.
"He was excellent," Di Matteo is quoted as saying on Chelsea's official website.
"It's a shame he didn't score when he had a chance but he played very well for the team, he was always a threat."
The win has placed Chelsea at the top of Group E with four points from two matches.
