The champions of Europe and South America go head to head on Saturday evening as Chelsea take on Palmeiras in the final of the Club World Cup.
Chelsea booked their place in the Abu Dhabi showpiece courtesy of a 1-0 win over Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal on Wednesday, and they will now be looking to lift the trophy for the first time in their history.
However, they face a Palmeiras side also searching for their first Club World Cup crown, having fallen in the semi-finals last season.
