Eden Hazard's late goal has seen Chelsea reach the last 16 of the Europa League at the expense of Sparta Prague.
The substitute netted deep into injury time at Stamford Bridge to give the Blues a 1-1 draw on the night and a 2-1 victory on aggregate.
Despite plenty of early pressure from the hosts, Sparta took the lead on 17 minutes when David Lafata slotted in Vaclav Kadlec's cross from six yards.
Tomas Prikryl almost caught out Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech at his near post midway through the half before Juan Mata's effort was tipped over by Tomas Vaclik in the 43rd minute.
The home side started the second half strongly and they came within inches of levelling on the night when Ramires's deflected shot came back off the post.
John Terry then came close as his hooked effort nearly caught out Vaclik, while Marek Matejovsky wasted a decent chance at the other end by shooting inches wide.
With the game heading towards extra time, Chelsea snatched the goal that they needed to progress when Hazard netted in the 92nd minute with his 20-yard strike.
