Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez has expressed his delight at his side's second-half comeback as they beat Leeds United 5-1 in the Capital One Cup quarter-finals.
The Blues, who were defeated in the World Club final in Japan on Sunday, conceded first at Elland Road on Wednesday night before they turned on the style in the second period to seal their progress.
"The reaction in the second half was fantastic, especially with travelling back from Japan and having jet lag," Benitez told Sky Sports News.
"We were looking for character and the reaction was so good, we have to consider it for the future.
"Every competition is important for us and a top side like us has to win every competition."
Chelsea have been drawn against Swansea City in the semi-finals.
