Follow Sports Mole's live coverage of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's press conference ahead of his side's final match of the season against Sunderland.

Jose Mourinho has said that his entire coaching staff deserved the Premier League manager of the season award.

The Chelsea boss has received the honour ahead of their final match of the season against Sunderland this weekend.

The manager also confirmed that Diego Costa is likely to play again this weekend, while Eden Hazard is expected to miss out.

Read what else he discussed below.

Good morning! Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will be speaking to the media shortly as he prepares his title-winning Chelsea side for one final outing. They're unbeaten at home this season, and will be hoping to keep it that way ahead of the trophy presentation.
There was a rare blip for the champions on Monday as they slipped to a 3-0 defeat to West Bromwich Albion, just their third loss of the campaign. That match also saw Cesc Fabregas sent off, meaning that the Spaniard is suspended for this fixture.
One thing that will boost Chelsea's hopes of finishing the season with a win is Sunderland's result earlier this week. The Black Cats' draw with Arsenal midweek means that they cannot be relegated this season, so don't need a result at Stamford Bridge. That's not to say that they won't want one though!
As we mentioned in the introduction, Jose Mourinho was confirmed as the Premier League manager of the season earlier today, with Eden Hazard picking up the player's award. Mourinho has been quite vocal about not winning a manager of the month trophy throughout the season, despite the team topping the table all year, so it will be interesting to hear his thoughts on this award.
Hazard himself could be a doubt for this weekend's match. The Belgian missed last night's award ceremony while recovering from dental surgery. He's still got a couple more days to heal, but with the title already in the bag, Mourinho could rest the midfielder.
Here's a look at the kind of scenes we can expect on Sunday, when Chelsea finally get their hands on the Premier League trophy in front of their own fans:

Don't forget, we'll have live coverage from an hour prior to kickoff in all of this weekend's Premier League fixtures, including this one, so make sure you join us on Sunday to see if Chelsea can finish with a flourish.
Right then, Mourinho is a little early today, so let's see what he has to say this weekend...
Firstly, Mourinho talks about former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard, who is playing his final Premier League match with Man City this weekend ahead of joining MLS side New York City. The manager says: "One of my best players ever, one of my best professionals ever, a Chelsea legend and a legend in the Premier League. I have to honour him and wish him all the best in the States. He is a big loss for English football."
Mourinho is asked about being named manager of the year: "Thank you. I was not waiting for this. I'm happy with it. I think it's a club trophy, it's not individual, it's me, my assistants, not something by myself. I work for the cake. I don't work for the icing on the cake. The Premier League is the real cake."
Attention turns to this weekend's match, and Mourinho says: "Last match at home, a place where we normally get positive results. It's a big day for us, and we get our hands on the cup. The guys are going to try everything to win the match, at least not to lose and keep unbeaten [at home]."
Mourinho says that the best moment of the season was when they knew they'd won the title: "The best moment was when Crystal Palace was finished, you feel you are champions. I was feeling for many months we would be champion. The moment when mathematically it was done was my best moment. The defeat to Tottenham was a key moment because it was a big test of character and I would chose that negative moment as important for us."
Petr Cech could be leaving the club this summer, and Mourinho is asked if he will play this weekend: "He's working hard to try to be fit. Today is the first session he does with the team. I keep saying I would like him to stay, I have no preferences if he leaves."
Mourinho believes that he has changed the team too often this season: "I change the team a lot. If I don't do that, [the media] kill me. You are always talking about giving chances to people who are not playing regularly. I did that against a lower division club [Bradford City in the FA Cup] at home and my team was not good enough. Part of it was the magic of the cup and their fantastic belief. Good things for football, but not for me or my players."
Mourinho quickly rattles through his team news, confirming that Diego Costa is hoping to play again, but that Eden Hazard is a doubt as he won't train today while continuing to recover from a dental procedure.
On finally getting to lift the trophy this weekend, Mourinho insists: "The trophy, the object, feels less to me than the feeling. The feeling for me was Crystal Palace. I understand the ceremony needs time to be organised, but the real feeling for me is when you do it."
Mourinho finishes by confirming that he'll be giving his Premier League winners' medal to his son rather than throwing it into the crowd. So, join us again on Sunday to find out if Chelsea can finish the season unbeaten at home. Until then, thanks for joining me this morning. Goodbye.
