Gary Cahill has said that it is "difficult" for Chelsea to defend away from Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho's side have a goal difference of +14 at home this season, but are just +5 when visiting other clubs.
The defender told the club's website: "Obviously it's difficult. It depends on lots of things, like how the gaffer picks the team, the individual circumstances of the game and how you approach it.
"You set out to try and keep a clean sheet every game as a defender, and thankfully we've had a couple in recent weeks away.
"Coming into the game tomorrow the onus will be on us to go out and be on the front foot, and try and cause them problems. Of course being away from home it'll be tough, I don't want to jinx it but recently we've turned it round and we're heading in the right direction."
Chelsea will be looking for their third consecutive away clean sheet when they travel to the KC Stadium to face Hull City tomorrow.
