Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for AC Milan.
Fabregas has spent the last four years with the Blues - scoring 21 goals in 185 appearances in all competitions - but the 31-year-old is currently not regarded as first choice by new head coach Maurizio Sarri.
According to Mundo Deportivo, that could lead to AC Milan making a move for the playmaker during the January transfer window, with the Spaniard having less than a year remaining on his contract.
The Italian giants have won just one of their opening five Serie A fixtures this season, leaving the club in 13th place in the standings.
Milan have already done business with Chelsea in recent months, with Tiemoue Bakayoko being allowed to move to San Siro on a season-long loan deal.
