Chelsea forward Nicolas Anelka has revealed that he knows what his next club will be after his transfer request was accepted by the West London club.
The Frenchman has fallen behind Daniel Sturridge, Didier Drogba and Fernando Torres in the Stamford Bridge pecking order and has decided to move on.
Teammate Alex also handed in his request yesterday and the pair will now train with the reserves until the January transfer window.
In a statement on his official website, Anelka wrote: "I've known for a little while where I'll be on January 2.
"The club, which is going through a difficult time, has decided to work with Chelsea's players of the future and, as I am a good professional, I have accepted this."
The 32-year-old has been linked with moves to Shanghai Shenhua, Anzhi Makhachkala and more recently a return to former club Liverpool.
