Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal with Augsburg to sign full-back Baba Rahman.
The 21-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Blues this summer, after enjoying a breakthrough season with his club last term.
According to Sport Bild, a fee of €25m (£17.5m) has been agreed for the Ghanaian, who is on the verge of a move to Stamford Bridge.
Rahman made 31 appearances in the Bundesliga for Augsburg last season.
