Frank Lampard has allegedly instructed Chelsea to find a replacement for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Despite costing £72m in August 2018, Arrizabalaga has failed to live up to his price-tag in his 78 appearances at Stamford Bridge.
With the Blues having conceded goals on a regular basis this season, Bleacher Report claims that Lampard wants to make a change between the sticks.
The move comes despite Arrizabalaga being less than 18 months into a seven-year contract, with the Spaniard seemingly now under pressure to keep hold of his place in the starting lineup.
Chelsea would almost certainly have to accept a significant financial loss should they opt to part ways with the former Athletic Bilbao stopper.
