Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he will not make a move for Inter Milan's Javier Zanetti.
The 40-year-old, who played under the Portuguese coach during their time at the Nerazzurri together, has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge when his contract expires this summer.
However, Mourinho believes that the former Argentina international will see out the rest of his career at the San Siro.
"There was no offer for Zanetti," Mourinho told Sky Sport Italia.
"It is impossible to see [him] with another team that is not Inter."
Zanetti joined Inter from Argentine side Banfield in 1995.
